RHYTHM TAP

 A welcoming tap class designed for new dancers and seasoned movers alike. This class focuses on clear rhythms, accessible footwork, and steady pacing while gently improving coordination, balance, and cardiovascular health. Movement may be explored standing or from a chair, creating an inclusive, supportive environment where confidence grows and rhythm keeps both body and mind engaged.

RHYTHM TAP

A rhythm-driven tap class for experienced dancers that sharpens musical precision, speed, and percussive clarity. Through complex footwork and dynamic phrasing, dancers build endurance and cardiovascular stamina—often without realizing it because they’re having so much fun. Expect an invigorating blend of athletic challenge, musical depth, and rhythmic exhilaration.

Modern dance is explored as a technical foundation that favors grounded power, fluidity, and expressive nuance over vertical formality. By training teens and adults together, the class becomes a shared practice space where experience, curiosity, community, and mentorship naturally circulate. This intergenerational approach deepens technique and artistic voice while cultivating adaptable, connected dancers with a strong sense of belonging within the dance community.

A contemporary movement class for all levels that is rooted in breath, sensation, and full-body integration. Dancers explore weight, flow, and dynamic range while developing strength, mobility, and expressive clarity. The focus is on moving with intelligence and intention, allowing technique and artistry to emerge organically through embodied practice.

This class reimagines classical ballet through a somatic lens, emphasizing alignment, breath, and functional movement in relationship to the body and its surroundings. Through gentle, intelligent inroads, dancers of all levels—beginners, advanced practitioners, aging bodies, and everything in between—are supported in building strength, mobility, and technical clarity. Ballet becomes a practice of awareness, refinement, and longevity.

Accessible for all ages and abilities—including professional dancers—this class offers a feel-good way to wake up joints and muscles and move into the day with ease
